Fleet Support Limited, a subsidiary of VT Group and BAE Systems, manage HMNB Portsmouth and provide logistics, transport, waterfront support and fleet-time maintenance services to the Royal Navy.

On Wednesday 26th September, more than 50 customers joined with Allport and FSL personnel to inspect the Naval base and join the base commander for a reception onboard the 150 year old, fully restored battleship, HMS Warrior.
Conceived primarily as a 'Client Networking Occasion', the afternoon provided customers, from a wide range of sectors, plenty of opportunity to chat informally, swapping ideas and business cards in an historic and unique setting.
Highlights include the Rolls Royce motor car, which was NOT available for raffle! The robot pallet trucks that cornered a group, who became convinced they were faced with some form of Dalek attack and the tour guide who ignored HMS Victory, to point out, in the opposite direction, the location of an old munitions store!
Feedback from the day has been very positive and we will consider running a similar event next year.
