Directly linked to the success of the business, Allport believe that it is not always appropriate for clients to hand their supply chain operation over completely, which is why they have developed an implant service that takes responsibility for specific areas without 'owning' the function. Because Allport personnel are located on site they are available for internal meetings and enquiries. They may also hold 'surgeries' to deal with issues and provide training for overlapping areas.
